This year, the RMBI Care Co. was delighted to receive excellent feedback from our residents
about the care we provided to over 1,500 people. In particular, we were pleased with the award
of an ‘Outstanding’ rating at two of our Homes as well as national recognition in the
‘Your Care Rating’ survey which found that 95 per cent of residents are satisfied with the
standard of care in RMBI Homes.
We would like to thank Freemasons for their generous support, which includes
fundraising for the RMBI through festival events, lodge donations and the
sterling work of our Homes’ associations of Friends.
We would also like to thank our parent charity, the Masonic Charitable Foundation,
for their ongoing support, which in 2018/19 amounted to a grant of over £5m,
as well as our trustees and dedicated staff who support our residents and work
